Get your pool bag ready! SweetBay is rolling into fall in true Florida fashion with the grand opening of our newest amenity, Blossom Park. Located in the heart of Bay View, SweetBay’s second phase of single-family homes, Blossom Park is sure to “wow” with its lush landscaping, 170,000-gallon pool, fire pit, and gas grill.
The 6,700 square foot pool was formally made available to residents during the grand opening event held on Friday, September 2nd. If taking a dip in the refreshing waters of this new pool wasn’t enough to cool everyone off, Endless Summer Treats’ popsicles and SweetBay Realty’s ice-cold bar were sure to do the trick.
If you thought that’s where the fun ended then you would be wrong, Jeffery Bouet was serving up the tunes while Glitter N Glitz Face Painting was creating the cutest mermaids and dragons around. A pool party like this is sure to have people working up an appetite, luckily, no one left with an empty stomach. Patches on the Go, a local favorite, was on site dishing up burgers, wings, and some of the best smoke tuna dip in town!
As SweetBay continues to grow, the vision remains the same: residents will always have a park or amenity within a 3–5-minute walk of their front door. Blossom Park is just one of the amenities that make SweetBay the energetic community it is today. SweetBay’s nearly 400 residents get to enjoy several parks including green spaces, pools, a sports court, and walking trails that will expand throughout the 700-acre site as development continues.
