We’ve been hard at work making tremendous progress on our new Town Center located off Highway 390 and SweetBay Avenue. This new shopping & dining destination is an integral part of the development plan for this master-planned community that stretches from Highway 390 to North Bay – making it one of the newest and most desirable waterfront communities in Panama City, FL.
Just in case you haven’t heard, the SweetBay Town Center will feature a 48,357 sq. ft. Publix and 2,103 sq. ft. Publix Liquors. At completion, Town Center will offer over 17,000 sq. ft. of diverse businesses to meet the retail and restaurant needs of the SweetBay community and the greater Panama City area.
We recently had the pleasure of introducing Publix to their newest neighbor, Starbucks, bringing a boost of excited energy to the community.
The commercial portion of the SweetBay development broke ground in the 4th Quarter of 2023 following the announcement of Publix as the anchoring grocery store for the soon-to-be thriving destination. Construction remains on track for the early 2025 opening.
