SweetBay, the master-planned community nestled on the picturesque shores of North Bay in Florida, took a giant leap forward on November 9th, as we celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for our highly-anticipated Town Center. This exciting event marked a significant milestone in the development of this vibrant community.

The event commenced with an opening address by SweetBay’s Director of Development, Will Randle, who spoke passionately about the community’s vision and commitment to creating a place that fosters togetherness and well-being. Following the opening address, the ceremonial shovels came out as a group of enthusiastic community leaders, along with the project’s key players and developers, broke ground, officially commencing construction. The SweetBay Town Center will offer a range of amenities and services designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents. The Town Center will be grocery anchored by one of Publix’s newest prototypes sitting at just over 48,000 square feet with a 2,100-square-foot Publix Liquors. It will also include a vibrant 17,000-square-foot retail district with boutique shops, restaurants, and cafes, creating a social and entertainment focal point for the community. All of this is just within the first phase of construction with 3 phases to follow!
